    Belinda has spent the past seven years leading school improvement through data-informed practices, instructional coaching and a focus on student achievement. She’s now leading a whole-school push to improve writing outcomes, combining the Seven Steps framework with AI feedback tools and a dedicated writing coach to build teacher capability and accelerate student growth.
